Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the TiredTab iOS app and the TiredTab website. TiredTab is offered by an individual developer. By accessing the website or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TiredTab.

Intended use

TiredTab is a personal energy tracking and reflection tool. It turns events you enter into receipt-style statements and insights. Energy values reflect your own entries and are not objective measurements.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the way you interpret it, and the images or information you choose to save or share. Review receipt images before sharing them, and do not use TiredTab for unlawful activity or to interfere with the app, website, or related systems.

No medical or professional advice

TiredTab does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not a diagnostic or treatment tool and is not intended for emergencies. Consult a qualified professional about decisions affecting your health or well-being, and contact local emergency services if you need urgent help.

Intellectual property

The TiredTab app, website, branding, design, text, and graphics are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use TiredTab for personal, noncommercial purposes in accordance with these terms and any applicable App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer TiredTab except where applicable law permits it.

You keep any rights you have in the content you create. TiredTab does not claim ownership of the entries stored locally in the app.

Availability and changes

TiredTab is provided as available. Features and availability may change, and the developer may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app or website. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

External services

When you use Photos, the iOS share sheet, email, the App Store, an external link, or another destination, that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TiredTab is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use TiredTab, including reliance on app insights, service interruptions, device problems, or loss or corruption of data.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Termination or discontinuation

You may stop using TiredTab at any time and delete the app. The developer may discontinue the app or website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as TiredTab changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively when posted, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how TiredTab handles information, including local storage, support messages, sharing, and deletion.
