Your energy. Your information.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TiredTab handles information in the app, on this website, and when you contact support.

Effective September 7, 2026

Information stored in the app

TiredTab saves the information you enter to make energy receipts and show patterns over time:

  • Event names, energy changes, categories, and any selected impact direction or level.
  • Entries in progress, starting energy values, generated receipt details, and saved receipt history, including creation and update dates.
  • Reusable saved events, Favorites, and custom categories, including their names, local identifiers, and creation dates.
  • Preferences such as starting energy, receipt appearance, paper style, and the start of your week.

Identifiers in these records connect entries, categories, and saved events inside the app. TiredTab does not use them as online account, advertising, or tracking identifiers.

Where information is stored and processed

TiredTab stores your energy and event data locally in app-controlled storage on your device. A statement paper-style preference is stored in the app’s iOS preferences. Receipts, statements, and insights are generated on your device.

TiredTab has no account or login. Energy records are not automatically sent to TiredTab, and the app has no automatic server upload or cloud-sync feature. The app’s data may be included in Apple, device, or computer backups according to your settings.

If a saved file cannot be read, the app may preserve a recovery copy in its local app-controlled storage.

Advertising, analytics, tracking, and third parties

TiredTab has no advertising, tracking, or analytics SDK. The app uses no third-party SDKs and does not automatically upload user data to third-party services or APIs.

Saving and sharing images

When you choose to save a receipt or statement to Photos, the app requests permission to add images to your photo library. TiredTab does not read your existing photos.

When you choose Share, the app creates a short-lived export image and passes it to the iOS share sheet. An app or service you select can receive the image and the information visible in it. TiredTab removes its export image after the share sheet closes when possible, and Delete All Data removes matching export images left in the app’s working storage.

Saved images and shared copies are outside TiredTab’s app-controlled storage. Their storage, syncing, and deletion depend on Photos or the destination you choose.

Feedback and Problem Reports

If you contact support, the information you provide may include your message or other support content and your sender email address. A Problem Report may also include the TiredTab app version and build, iOS version, and device model. You can review the message before sending it. TiredTab does not automatically attach or send your energy records.

Support information is used only for support, troubleshooting, security, and maintaining app functionality. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking. Access is limited to the developer and explicitly authorized support personnel.

Support information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the support request, support records, security, or legal obligations, and is deleted when no longer needed.

Deleting your data

Open the app’s menu, select Settings → Delete All TiredTab Data, then confirm Delete All Data. This removes all user-specific information from TiredTab’s active app-controlled storage, including entries in progress, saved events, Favorites, custom categories, receipt and statement history, app preferences, recovery copies, the statement paper-style preference, and TiredTab’s export images. The app then resets its current session.

Copies explicitly saved to Photos, shared elsewhere, or contained in Apple, device, or computer backups may remain outside TiredTab’s active storage and are not controlled by TiredTab. Those copies must be deleted from their destination separately.
